Academic Panel & Pub Night Fall 2022: Visualizations in and of Science

Interested in the complex, fascinating, and ever-so-intriguing dynamics of visual arts in the world of science? Don’t miss out on HPSUS’s academic panel, on Visualizations in and of Science!

Four experts with diverse portfolios in science, history & philosophy of science, and visual arts will debate and explore a range of topics, including the visual representations and aesthetics of science, the communication of science via various social and artistic media, the role of visual artforms within science fiction, and more!

Their talks will be followed by an open Q&A session, so come on out and show your appreciation for the beauty in science! The panel will be hosted on November 3rd at 5:00pm, and we welcome students from all perspectives and backgrounds to join us!
