HPSUS 2022-23:
The 2022-23 academic year commenced with our Fall Meet & Greet, followed by a Graduate Panel that offers a gateway for students to learn more about pursuing graduate studies in HPS-related domains. Our Academic Panel delved into the interplay between visual arts and science, highlighting visualization’s vital role in science communication and inspiring appreciation for the beauty of science. In the winter semester, we hosted a Career Panel where alumni shared how HPS-related studies paved their distinctive career paths, as well as a Pub Night to mark the end of another fulfilling year!
Continuing the tradition, HPSUS helped host the Seventh International Undergraduate Research Conference on Science, Technology, Medicine, and Society, a two-day event that displayed a selection of exceptional undergraduate papers around the globe, fostering panel discussions on science and public welfare.

HPSUS 2021-22:
Our highlights over the 2021-22 academic year included our introductory HPS-wide fall Meet & Greet session, our interdisciplinary Academic Panel motivating deep discussion on the Intersection of Science, Technology, and Art, a Career Panel featuring distinguished HPS alumni speaking on career paths for students, as well as a Pub Night to round off and celebrate what was a very successful year for us!
In addition, HPSUS is grateful to have been given the opportunity to host the Sixth International Undergraduate Research Conference on Science, Technology, Medicine, and Society, hosted in 2022 on behalf of University of Toronto, featuring a wonderful collection of undergraduate papers and presentations relating science and politics on an international scale!
